In your case Pun I would think a new one would have be created. Not sure on this, but do you struggle at all with Axel or whatever that top one is?
For all of us who have played for years now, we all know nobody has ran as smooth of a H4H as Pullo and Loki.

its not a bad idea, but i like it the way it is....
its seems to bring excitement every once in awhile...if an NPC did it, no one could get mad at Howl and start a hosp war with the Misfits...those are fun every once in awhile....
2 independent H4H with no loyalties would be awesome. Pun & Cheetah could go out on their own & be the new H4H dynamic duo.
i think all-powerful NPC hitmen would take away from the game a ton. nobody would really be able to hospitalize others because everyone can be beaten. too silly IMO. would turn AL into super duper pillow fighting deluxe version
