so after the thread popped up a few weeks ago about gym trainers ive been experimenting with them and have settled on using the ten dollar trainer. understanding the zone trainer benefits no happiness loss will i get a boost on top of the gym day boost if i continue to use the ten dollar trainer and just pay to refresh my happ with credits or is unsing a trainer on gym day other then the zone pointless?
I usually do small increments using the 15 trainer and then do about half my ep with the $10 trainer
for example, let's say I have 100 exp points
I would do 4 trains 12 ep each with the $15 "zone trainer"
then blow out the remaining ep 50 or so with the $10 trainer
no credit refresh of happiness needed

why 4 trains with "Zone trainer"? wouldnt it be the same to do just one train of 50? seeming as your not losing happiness or anything

He is halfway giving away a secret. His way of training on a gym day is almost right. Im sure G2 knows the correct way. But its different for everyone.
How is everyone's training so far?
Not bad. Just passed the 7 thou mark for the day

breaking up the trains in smaller increments gives you a few percentage points more development points. when you trains as many points as you do on gym days it adds up. at least imo

Correct, but there is a number you should be using as far as what number to train at.....
