we should each get our own "day" or "time" to get the double XP. Just have it a link like the candies so everyone isnt scrambling for many of the same targets.

Maybe quarterly or biyearly, but not monthly.

yeah, wouldnt want to do it monthly either...

but maybe randomly through out the year a few times would be cool.....
