Could be a temporary combat boost

You drink and it's like being able to berserk on normal energy. But then you end up in the hospital as well (less than opponent). Might be useful in gang wars.

It could temporarly increase your strength and resistance while decreasing your accuracy and dexterity.

I would much rather captain cokes or bacardi and cokes. But if its just beer, I hope we can get some highlife here!!
