At what levels do you get referral points from your referrals?

can confirm 3,6, and 10, My highest referral only made like lvl12 I think, so I don't know about any past that

i have a ref and his current lvl is 5 which hasn't landed me any points all my other refs gave points at lvl 3, 6, and 10
was anything changed, Zen?
Does anyone have a have a high level referral that can fill us in? What is the next level after 10?
My highest guy is 12. I cant remember the last time I got points for him for leveling. Keep on donating though!

i know it's 20. i have seen couple of thread on this subject
