I've received points when my referrals reached 20, but not since.
Once of them reached 30 recently and I didn't get extra points.
Dont we get points when they donate also?
You get 400 points for a 5 dollar donation, and 2000 points for 20 dollars. Not sure about 10 bucks or 100 though.

10 bucks is 900 points. I couldn't tell you about 100$ since my referrals are a bunch of cheap a-holes. Monthly donations and the odd END boost.

level 10 - 100 points ( i believe, it MIGHT be 300...)
level 20 - 700 points
$5 - 400 points
$10 - 900 points
$20 - 2000 points
and every 50,000 points OR SO (its really around 53,000) you will earn 5,000 BONUS points
