I think Zenith said this is the superior PvP weapon but unlike the rest it uses all stats equally. So it's a pain in the bottom to keep your stats up with it.
Not quite. It requires Accuracy and Strength to determine hits and damage. It is the only weapon where accuracy determines damage, as well as hit %, and the only melee to make primary use of accuracy over dexterity.
You still need your dexterity to dodge incoming hits, and resistance to make them do less damage.
