Where are people getting this info from? I'd like to know where the level is listed.
i think from how hard it was to beat him, and from the "Weak" in his profile.
Seems to me that if you defeat him and get the same exp as defeating someone else, that player's level is the same as the NPC.
I don't have any problem with him so he would be a walk in the park for you
