nice idea, sure beats losing equipment due to somebody going inactive or leaving the gang and refusing to return gang owned equipment
Or somebody coming to your gang, not mentioning he "borrowed" a weapon from the previous gang he was in and then telling you he "accidentally" sold it to another player and he does not have it anymore nor any money to buy another one and give it back to the first gang.
