No then they end up quitting because everything is rigged against them, and its taking to long for what they want to happen. It has to be the same for this to keep everyone happy.

The longer you are in the hosp or jail, the higher BAC you have and you are closer to being in the running to win, IMO, it seems.

Obviously. I'm asking the ratio, though, if anyone could calculate that for me.
