If you go to the hospital for detox, you get a lot of minutes..But, if you go to jail, you get a lot less minutes..
What's the ratio there? 2:1(Hospital/Jail)? 3:1?

True but the "price" (stims vs bail) is almost the same. If not better to go at the hospital over 20 mins.
