What stats do you need for the courses? What stats do I need for PE 40? Does the '40' behind PE hold any significance? Do the numbers mean anything?

yo don't need any specific stats, just enough energy and money to start the course.

what my friend here is try to say, is that you dont need any specific stats to take a course other then enough energy and money to start the course.
