When he retires after 150 days the names come back.
Then he comes back and moans about a refund he wants which he spent to buy the 5 names. Unless it clearlly states that this will happen. I dunno, I like it the way it is. Brings more NEEDED arguments and violence into the game, and also keeps names available for others.

i am not renting out the name he can have it, but when he calls my wife vulger names he can be a perm resident at al hospital
