Ok ive see so many posts about lack of targets.Id have to agree and would like to start a topic that players can put the ID numbers of players you cannot access in the player list.

didn't someone paste a real good inactives list around the beginning of the year? we have our very old one but the formatting would be a mess here.
ours may or may not have been stolen from another gang many many months ago.
I just use the enemy list for this, I put them up as enemies with the district their in.
This way, if I go traveling I try to visit some old friends.
