Sorry it took so long to make items for the contest winners. They should be worth it.
As usual all contest items have no stat requirements.
The 5 individual winners have an easy choice to make. Humanity or an item. There is only one of the following items however, and top stop gets to pick first. Humanity is available to anyone who doesn't want an item.

Ionized Troll Claymore (Heavy but who cares when you like melee)
Handwoven Donegal Trenchcoat (Who needs armor when you have a jacket!)
Lucky Tweed Flap Cap (For those cold days and nights when bullets are flying)

Best Average Gang BAC = Anti Paladins (all three of them) = $500K
Best Average Gang Streak = The Knights of Infamy = $500k
There was one other award given to the player who showed to all that no amount of drinks were enough and no hospital or jail could contain him. He's the lucky lush o' the Shamrock.
