GCB will help with gang battle and peacetime pvp, GCB of course is not a cure all, and I believe you would need a pretty large sample to see the real benefits of GCB, also realizing that if you have +3 GCB one victim may have +1 GCB and the next +4 GCB. So, it is important to know your enemy if possible. I would imagine if both parties have the same GCB, they would negate each other.
