afaik thats a lie. Encumberance affects crimes. at least the insurance fraud one. try with no weapons equipped and everything in storage. you will fail hard.

i agree with jolo , why are you hear although we dont get feed back like we did back then ...and dont say i dont know ive started again ...due to hacks in my world but as recently as last year admin did what they could for me .......but i really believieve having an email that can get your pass back would help alot ...hint hint
