When he was in DM he was complaining that one of his stats was no longer accumulating development pts. Think it was level 181, so he actually hit the stat cap.

i am calling BS ....i know some ppl that give him probs, dont have stats near 181

only he knows if there is a coding issue to stop a certain stat and people from our gang shouldn't be dropping info on someone who was a long term member of our gang.
