you need to get that acc up. even though you're melee you need to keep some balance. i imagine you have a lot of misses in your attacks?
I would think some res might help too, give you longer to get your hits in?
Besides letting you use a better armor than SiC.

and he gets hit a lot... with these stats you're like robocop with an axe...
