If 40 tickets are bought, there will be another 20 "House" tickets, so every week there will be a 33% chance of there being no winner, and the money will be rolled into the next pot.

Just send me over the cash and I will get the submissions ready for next sunday.
Anyone mugging me for the cash will be disqualified from any current or future lottos, and any cash sent in will be forfeit.

If someone mugs me with cash on, I cover the cost and a large number of people will joyfully hosp the crap out of them.
Of course, it will be rather obvious when someone sends me cash and then shortly thereafter I get mugged.... especially given that no one has mugged me since I started this.
Forum bullshit aside, majority of people think this a something not worth ruining, at least not yet.

Are there no house tickets in there? I know you said they are added when you buy 40 entries or more, but shouldn't there be some in there for a chance to carry the winnings over?

I didn't bother adding them. For every 2 tickers, 1 house.

This was poorly worded, as I only copied the example I gave from the first lotto. It should read as....
For every 2 tickets purchased, there will be one "house" ticket. So if 40 tickets are bought........
