no interest and i feel like the money required to buy slots is what caps it. i am pretty sure it hits 1m somewhere around 25

i see. i never really had to deal with buying new slots when i was in charge of the few gangs i have been. i saw arbitrarily large number = +1 slot and continued about my merry business
