I like that idea as well,

Have an option where the pres has the ability to grant the vice pres power to declare war.

yupp me too.. i'd really like my VP to be more involved with the gang.. but not with the gang bank .. it would be better if everything was optional

it really is a no brainer that vp's should be able to declare.

or at least allow an option to allow the president to allow the VP to declare, a gang preference setting so to speak

If a president doesnt trust the vp, they should just be president and vp. The vp needs to be able to declare war, or the president has to be accountable 24/7. WE need to split this up a bit or our lives will never be the same. It seems like with this new war plan more wars are required because every started over.

I like the option idea... unfortunately some vp's are good for some things but not everyone has a level head when certain situations arise.

a good vp and p is what will make a gang successful. PEople might have to learn the hard way, but this game teaches you alot about trusting and not trusting..
