the problem with keeping all inactives would be the probably 30k+ inactive level 1-3s who signed up then logged out after a day or so to never return

well that is the best and most valid reasoning i've heard. i withdraw my idea

Why can't they do the same with the inactive list?

Because inactive players don't level up?

Let me rephrase that then. Why can't it be limited to only level 5 and above? Doesn't matter apparently. It's not likely to happen.

would anyone like to send me a list of inactives within 10 of my level for midland? or could people just visit midland and get served?

just go to underground. i'm sure you'll get good exp from who you can find

really? i can beat inactives in underground... also check the wiki, it has an incomplete list
