As a pretty weak part time player I'm still #10 on the list with my Dicoate Titanium Nodachi Blade, at 1393 or something. Never used candy as i was partying on Halloween vs. wasting my time here, so i didn't get any.
Long blade is the pvp weapon for compensators. Should have gone pistol.

it definitely includes npcs. my 2200 came off of wiley and i am pretty sure raf's came off him as well.
totally lost track of my point though, which is that the top tier axe
at the time hit higher than any longblade
at that time.
i was responding to otg's statement that the longblade traditionally has hit for higher crits over the other weapons.
no matter what, i feel like i have lost precious moments of my life geeking out trying to prove a point that the numbers already show. if longblade hit for higher crits on the old code, asgard (and i'm sure others) would have had my numbers crushed. and it's not coincidence that 3 of the top 4 hits on that archived high hit list are axe users.
point - deathwing is 7th for highest melee hit, but is he the 7th best melee user? no.
translation - criticals dont make you a better player.
they mean that you will sometimes get very lucky and beat someone with a high hit, but sometimes get very unlucky when that critical doesnt come and lose. i would rather win consistantly and know where i stand, but luckily i got the shotgun which provides the best of both worlds

He has the odachi I believe, which hits for higher crits than the ionized nodachi even though it is an upgraded weapon. the odachi hits for higher crits and gets the really high ones more often. I used to be able to break 1000 all the time with that...now I'm lucky to get it 1/100 times even with my level much higher
