Ahh...Well, as I said, it seems like it would be fun, but there would be a lot of people crying and a lot of people quitting.
As for the appropriateness of berserk rage hospital minutes, 250 MINIMUM would be too much, even for a higher level.
The more I think about it, it's the perfect time. So many gangs with varied levels and people who donate and those who don't. The very high level players would only be able to score against their peers while mid level players could destroy or preserve the future of Al. The reason it was cancelled before was because all the high level players were in one gang. That is not the case anymore. There are at least 5 gangs that could prevail. This could be a ton of fun. I know some of the big gangs spent Millions adding spots but come on, that was then. Lets get free gang spots for the amounts of gangs we destroy. I dunno, let's change this Damn game somehow.

I think zerk times should be lower since you normally wouldn't able to hospitalize the person without doing it. Beef up the stats & use the hospitalize option & get the better times.
