i was thinking of an even simpler sistem that just tell you ar active enough for your gang to be succesfull at oc's
it's not like if all ur members are active you WILL succeed, it just increases the probability that you will succeed. you could have the bar measure how much of your energy/action points out of the total possible have been used in the last 24 hours.
