from my testing with melee weapons they last until all of the bonus is used up not a set time. i ate all of my candies on the sunday two weeks before borrowing the axe. i was hitting like 600 with it and i have minimum stats and only one skill rank.

all other bonuses....shamrocks included and gang backup last very very limited times...whereas these candies last way beyond..not bad..just wondering if its on purpose

Oh his day will come! So what if he used them today, and even if he didn't use them all. Once you're out of them, some people are gonna be a lil vengeful, and not just me!
