noob questions for you.
Who are all the NPC's?
Where can i find them?
What do you get from attacking them?
At what level would you recommend challenging them?
If people could answer these that would be terrific.

Jack Mort- Never tried to take him
George Biondi- Never tried but lower level
Col. Vincent- 15 I would say
Matt Fuller- 22+

They roam from district to dsitrict, typically in DD
You get XP- never tried mugging them though

as far as I know they do not roam from district to district, they are all in downtown except jack mort who is in industrial. they are basically players created by zen, she logs in as them from time to time.

My bad on the roaming part for some reason I thought I have seen them in other places, but not really ever looking for them.

All NPC's had zero cash on them a few days ago but I didn't try for Jack yet. Smile

I would say Geaorge Bondi is the equivelent of a level 10 maybe?

It would be nice to see the level of NPCs.

I don't think Zenith is wanting to show the "levels" of the NPC. I believe she set them up more as weak, weak musle, powerfull and one other. Hopefully their might be others to "fill in the gaps" later on.
