I've been looking at handcuffs, jail bars, and the old striped-jailsuit... but nothing looks good at 10x10 pixels.

how about a little padlock icon... sort of like the one that appears in your browser when you visit a page that uses encryption?

or the GTA-esque star that you would get when your wanted level went up?
