My first day I made LV12 too. lol
First week Lv19.
I had RL things going on back then or I could have done better.
For the most part after that time 1 LV a week till I got to 27. Then Stats were more important than LVs.
I stuck there for a long time doing crimes and playing with Credit Market.
Also running the Training gang for Elms took a lot of time back then.
