What do you guys know about this weapon?
I know they're not very common.
Are they available to be purchased anywhere? I'm a new level 30, so sorry if they are in the 30+ district. I haven't looked, yet.
Does anyone use one of these? How does it do?

What district can you buy it in? I don't see it anywhere.
Is it even available in any of the stores? If not, how were they distributed?

I thought that it was Meciano Arcology (or whatever it's called) - Level 50?

Whatever leniency I extended to you and your comrades before, may have been in error. If you persist in halting our course, we will burn your pathetic fleet down to the last man.
