niot sure if it hjas been asked before,,but the power armors give you 4+,while taking away 4 from another stat...does the 4+ count towards weapon requirements? or is it stilll only natural stats that count? and also,,it says ytou have to have 20 str to use them,,so if i use the the one that takes 4 str away,,does that mean i actually have to have 24 str? im a ranged user and dont have much str

only natural stats count. and if you have 20 strength you can equip it, and you will just have 16 strength so to speak, but still be able to equip it.
