ak-97 does it do much damage in pvp...which rifle is good 4 a beginer that does decent damage??

Stay away from the AK series. I found that the Remington 950 was fairly good, and the Colt M-23 Assault was better then the AK-98. Right now I use the federated arms medium assault rifle and I really like it.

both AK's worked friggin great for me! I loved them at the time.... I went through guns very quickly though so it got expensive.

we're old RJ, ak's were the top guns in the days but Zen created approx 84 new weapons since, not counting the uniques...
