- People who get attacked and combat ends in a stalemate now get an event sent to them stating what happened. Before this, they never knew what hit them.
- Minor price-listing fixes for easier reading.
- Real-estate market for low-end homes is in a glut, owners are selling for less.

- Userlist changes; sorting is now more intuitive. It now shows player location and activity status. If a player has been inactive for a certain amount of days, they are taken off the list. Players listed as "online" have acted in the last 5 minutes. Players listed as "busy" acted in the last 15 minutes. Players on within the last 30 minutes get listed as "away".
- Re-enabled auto-login feature for the forums.

- A few tweaks to the crime engine. If you get put in jail, chances are the minutes are less than you remember. If a crime is very difficult to you at your level, you will earn more experience when succeeding. If it's way too easy for your level, you will earn less.
- Fixed bug where you couldn't access your referrals and some search functions if you were in jail or hospital.
- Altered your home page to show how many days you have left in your donator status if you have days remaining.
- Altered Pantheon to show overall wealth in the game rather than just cash.
- Fixed bug that didn't show total stats correctly in Pantheon.
- Removed staff ranks from being included in Pantheon and home page.

- Implemented more safeguards for player-to-player cash and item transfers. Same IP transfers are now blocked. This is in addition to the last cash-transfer edit on June 17th.
- Made gang crimes require minimum of 2 members to commit the first organized crime.
- During gang wars, you now cannot kick anyone or leave the gang until the war is over.
- Removed a bug that showed other players cash totals from the search area.
- Fixed bug with food not healing hit points correctly.
- Updated various portions of the forums, including search function, unanswered posts links, and others.
