When looking at 'who's online page' I noticed this
142 Members Were Online Today
Earlier today (like 2 hours ago) it was 144.

How can the number of members who were online today decrease?

From what I know 'today' starts at 00:00 and lasts 'till 23:59.
Or maybe the word 'today' should be interpreted as 'the last 24 hours'?

Why do people use the expression 'get a life' when they are on the same internet, on the same game, and chatting with the same text?

Never could grasp this. Am I not hip enough to know of why this is?
