I would say no, once you equal out get ahead and borg alittle. One or 2 every few months, depending?

Humanity increase hit points regeneration to and i think no one have enough humanity to cover happines lose during training

On a full 72 EP train I use an average of 200-220 happiness and gain 224 happiness on a full refresh.
