How do you gain more career points per hour worked????

Does it go based off your work experience stat or Job rank or both?????

1.) You hit for 1407 points of damage. xxxxxxx resists 16 for a total of 1391 damage.

Your job rank can only go as high as your work exp level.

they do NOT work together. you should read the help tutorial (sigh. seriously.)


all work experience does is allow you to get promoted. if you have level 5 work experience, you may be promoted to career level 5, and NO FURTHER. once you level up your work XP, you may continue

certain careers give more points than others, such as athletics and politics. this is mostly due to the fact that their main attribute (endurance and reputation, respectively) has a VERY low conversion rate, and they also have high requirements to promote

when you promote a level in a career, you will increase your point range. just as an example, lets say youre military like myself. at level 1, you get 1-6 points per hour, at level 2, you get 1-7, at level 3, 2-7, and so on and so forth. it IS NOT exactly like that, but that is basically how it works. the minimum and the maximum allowances keep increasing with your promotions
