i'm just putin random numbers in the id section and search
dosn't matter lvl
just if they are inactive

it doesnt need to say inactive asloong as they been away for 7+days

and i hit lots of inactives and got nothing then i hit some people away for 9-13 days and got 21$ and 41$

Ah,
thought I had read something about the retirement district being abolished or somesuch thing. Idea

Seeing as how I'm 30 lvls below him, I just assumed he was in a district I can't get to yet
