So I got to level 10, still rank 1. Will getting the next rank increase my average points alot. Im thinking of going to rank 4. Thanks

I have a 5 in work experience and I don't see much difference in my avg points.

Work Experience only effect how high you can get your career . It doesn't do anything more then set a restriction on how high you can rank your career.

If your WE was 2 your career rank can't be 3.

Yeah I was just wondering if I was going to be gaining any extra points, making it easier, to get to the next rank.

I would say so, yes... I'm quite a bit higher than u and your max gain always goes up. 8)
