Strength testing mostly...

If I want to manufacture biological weapons with my copy of iTunes, I will, fascists. Ditch this bullshit.
6.) You hit for 1245 points of damage. **** resists 34 for a total of 1211 damage.

I've seen it done often in the past to try and slow down the leveling of an enemy.

True, if you're gonna try to slow down some1, make sure you can actually make it work and not just have it turned against you.

But when someone hosp a level 20 something inactive, it is point less. To many targets already around that level. Waste of energy if you ask me.

Hospitalizing inactives is is kinda silly no matter at what level.
That method is for punishing or to keep someone from being active.
