For bailing yourself out of jail, you should be able to have the system take the money out of your bank account, as few people keep that much money on them.

It'd also be nice if you could check things like the pantheon of infamy out while locked up, for something to do.

I thinkthese are both good ideas. I realize its not supposed to be fun, but you could at least let us check out anything on the explore page that doesnt assume we are out of jail.
