Why can you not attack someone that is in Critical in war? Does not make much sense to me, if you are in combat and your enemy is laying there, you are going to hit him again.

to keep the game interesting for the folks that are laying there.. gives them time to jerky or nimbus at least before they get beat again.

When gang battling was first introduced that was how it worked. People bitched that it was unfair because they were unable to move distrcits, stim, nimbus or otherwise play.
