Industrial district - 3
Rural - 8
Midlan - 22
Underground - 30
Decatur beach - 40
Arcology - 50

p.s. Yes, we all know there is a HUGE gap between 8 and 22, it has been asked almost 2 years ago that it be changed and it wasn't, doubt it will be now that every1 is used to it.
