I go to hit a player immediately after stimming out. I happen to stalemate and took some moderate damage, meaning I should be below fair and not able ot be hit. However, when I left the attack details page, I find myself in the ICU do to being hit by someone else. How is this possible?

Also, noticed that even after I was hit, my HP didn't go down. They we're still only slightly below 50% do the damage done from my attack.

its possible to be sent to the hospital while being in Serious Condition during a Gang War, isnt it? thats probably why.

No gang war involved. It was a hosp.

Every now and then 2 people attack at the same time. I have seen people attack each other at the same time (both end up in hosp) and I have seen 1 person attack while being attacked at the exact same time. My guess is the second situation happened to you. This is just one of those fluke things were the timing is tenths or less of a second apart.
