i have asked zen,,,here is her reply to me over the issue

Weebay's stats are the issue. You are basically comparing yourself to someone much stronger. Try comparing yourself to players around your strength level and I am sure your hits will be better.

Stats matter. Military assault is just added on. zen's mail to me

I am led to believe that as long as you can equip the weapon you will see it's potential max hit at some point. All weapons with no skills or anything else involved have a max hideout hit.

I also do tend to believe that your stats will possibly help lead to a higher over all average on attacks.

I think we should leave this topic alone until Zen responds with an answer or just start another thread.

i agree with weebs,,,punisher you cant see whats in front of had nothing to do with weapons,it had to do with stats...have zen post to settle it
