you probably ate a food item and gave you more HP than you had..it should be back to normal after 1 refresh

I've had that happen a couple times. The little greenbar gets extended way passed the border, too.

Common thing. Every once in a while somebody gets that very temp bonus but it goes away quickly.

There's still a few thread about those all over the forums.

You probably hit refresh at the same time the refresh was coming up. It is a glitch that happens quite often actually.
