i think there should be all of the inactives on a list instead of people looking around for all of these inactives and show which district they are in it would save alot of cash as well as time

I think that is a great idea. I would rather go after inactives for points. Fewer noses get bent out of shape.

I think it's more fun to discover an inactive. There are several ways to find them. I look at it as something to keep me busy in between refreshes.

you want us to fight them and give you our exp points for it as well?
Don't be so lazy go hunt them down, scour the fed jail, look at the hospital, look at the list of most attacked people, you'll find them, and once you do add them to your enemies list and put a note by them to say what area they are in. There's your list, just takes a little leg/finger work.

I"m with ya here....the list would be handy...

BUT...

those first couple of days, where you find a relatively unknown inactive.....and you can just milk them for XP all you want until someone catches on to them from the hospital list....

While it does add a small sense of "adventure" to finding yourself some good hits, it's also a little unfair to newer players who didnt know these people before they left. So, I'd be ok with an inactive list I think. Maybe call it the retirement home? lol.

Definitely is good when you see a mugging for $700 or $800. Then you have to decide how frequent you mug the inactive so others do not catch it like Lefty was saying. I had my best inactive mugging start at $1200 or so. Unfortunately I told others (new players who I told to take it easy on them but which they did not) and then the cash cow was already ground round when I decided to come back to it.

I usually hit inactives that i DON'T know.... i may have seen the name (only because i'm higher in level) but someone who's say level 10, won't know most of the people in the inactive list.

but as Scorp said, it's up to us who've been here a lot longer to show the tips on searching for inactives, as was shown to me and shown to most of us at some point.
