hey i wanted to transfer some money to a friend of mine who lives like 4 hours away, i think like once a year ago or so we both went on this game on my computer and that stoped u from doing nay transfers or it was the school computers, anyway he lives in a different city now so can i send him some money please?

Use the send cash link on your friends list, not by clicking on his name and then send cash...

I think both people have to be donators to exchange cash when ip is an issue.
