Does it really take 50-60 minutes for EP/and AP to refill from 0 to full at lvl 2 with no donator status?

i dunno. doesnt it take like 30 mins for ap to fill then like 50 for ep?

well yeah at my level with donator status it takes me exactly 45mins to get full ep/ap back thats why i find it weird at level 2 it would take longer especially seeing as they have not even 15 ap/ep shouldnt take 50 mins for them to refill

Action Points refresh at a 10% every 5 minutes. Donators get a slight bonus no less than +1 extra AP.

Energy: If you have not donated, your energy refreshes at a rate of exactly 8% of your maximum energy, rounded. If you have donated, and selected a donator pack with your credits, your energy refreshes at 15.4%, rounded.

at level 2 he/she has 14 EP and 7 AP

if he/she gets 1 AP every 5 minutes, the Ap bar is full in 35 minutes
The same for energy: 1 energy every 5 minutes, which means 70 minutes for the energy bar to be full

I did a while ago but I found out someone else already figured it out before me, and put it on their site. so now if I ever need the info I just go there and copy it
