I have a friend that cant log in (Klepto {19725}) he claims hes enetered his password correctly and caps lock or anything wasnt on but he cant get in... and he got a messages saying

"Sorry, but your password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator for more information."

But accoridng to his profile on my referal list his account isnt listed as inactive
